Alessandro, owner and creator of "Italian Days Food Experiences" , has been working in the tourism & food industry since 1999 and has a diploma in Technical Tourism Services. More importantly, Alessandro grew up in the food branch of Italy and is passionate about the food and wine this "Bella Italia" offers.

Alessandro is a true Food Lover who has experienced the finer food and wine Italy has to offer his entire life. We love to promote the small producer of good, quality products.

The food that Italy is so closely associated with includes: Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino Romano, Balsamic Vinegar, Parma Ham, olive oil, Wine, Prosciutto, Salame, Mortadella, Pasta, Pizza...etc, etc ...you will learn more about these products and the people who put their heart and souls into producing them while you are entertained like kings and queens.
